NFTH - GYNECOLOGICAL AND OBSTETRIC WARD

The hospital has a fully integrated and complete unit to cater the Gynecological and Obstetric needs of the patients. The unit has a minimum of 100 bed capacity in the ward along with a dedicated obstetric theatre and a labor room of three beds with modern Neonatal ICU, premature baby care unit and a feeding room. The obstetric theatre complex is a best of its kind and is equipped with the latest and modern equipment. It’s an asset to the entire society at large.

The whole unit and the sub units are designed to facilitate the clinical teaching and learning process of the medical students. The ward bed layout is of the same as the other wards. The Obstetric unit is equipped with a modern CTG machine and a portable obstetric ultrasound scanner, along with all other standard equipment.
